“This is a new age - in my belief and understanding. A fundamental change took place in planetary conditions in the late 1980s that allowed greater, and clearer, access to Spiritual Truth to individual human beings. Since then the so called “New Age Movement” - which really started in the late 19th Century and accelerated during the 1960s - has exploded into public consciousness because so many people are accessing higher Truth.” “New Age and alternative healers, Spiritual Teachers, self help gurus, etc., who have not done their emotional healing and enlarged their subconscious intellectual paradigm enough to consciously stop empowering polarity and shame emotionally as well as intellectually, are set up to be trapped in their codependency just as traditional mental health practitioners are limited by the emotionally dishonest beliefs of dysfunctional civilization.”
“Reiki, energy healing, crystals, body work, breath work, dance/movement, art therapy, meditation, yoga, etc., are all wonderful tools that can be very helpful in the healing process - but unless we consciously own our feelings, our grief and rage and terror from childhood, we are not owning our self and our experiences in this lifetime.” “Love is a verb. Loving is a dynamic process that involves taking conscious action in alignment with Love. That is why I say that the only one who can turn on your heart light is you. We need to consciously change that subconscious programming and embrace the emotionally wounded parts of us in order to start finding some freedom from our codependency. External sources cannot magically heal our relationship with self. We need to own our power as a co-creator in our lives in order to heal our internal relationship with self so that we can connect more clearly with Spiritual Self / True Self.”
